Due to drought, famine, civil war and abject poverty, the living conditions in South Sudan are close to unbearable and are amongst some of the worst in the world.
The Amani Orphans and Widows Welfare Service Inc. is a not for profit charity organization designed to give direct help to the people of South Sudan.
Amani Orphans and Widows Welfare Service Inc. is set up and run by an amalgamation of Australian volunteers and South Sudanese lucky enough to have made it out of South Sudan and now wanting to help those who remain there.
This guarantees that all funds and donations go directly to the villages and people still living in South Sudan.
